LCLM provides turnkey services for all types of meetings—from small panels to large national conferences. Pre-meeting services include identifying and selecting sites; negotiating hotel/facility arrangements; designing and producing promotional materials; managing travel arrangements, managing, documenting, and coordinating the entire registration process; and preparing, producing, and assembling meeting materials. Onsite activities include participant registration, speaker liaison, and VIP services, as well as ensuring that all required facilities and services are properly delivered. Post-meeting activities conclude with delivery of conference minutes and summaries, evaluation reports, conference proceedings, materials distribution, vendor payments, and tabulation of registration statistics.
