Our President & CEO

Ms. Alma L. Williams founded Lewis-Williams Conference & Logistics Management (LCLM), LLC, in December 1998, after having been President/CEO of an established graphics design and management company where she had shared ownership for 2 years.

Ms. Williams is a trained public health professional, an administrator, a healthcare training provider, and a dynamic manager. Her vast experiences include allocating and directing corporate resources to implement grants and contracts that provide a variety of technical and professional services to the Federal Government and to private sector clients. In a relatively short period of time, she has heralded her company, LCLM, from a competent two professionals home-based office to a successful multi-million-dollar, highly respected, competitive company within the information management services arena.

Ms. Williams received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA. She received a Master of Public Health degree, with a concentration in Health Promotion and Disease Prevention, from The George Washington School of Public Health and Health Sciences, in Washington, DC. In addition, she completed public health studies at the Johns Hopkins University School of Hygiene and Public Health at the Baltimore and Montgomery County, Maryland campuses, as well as graduate course work in journalism, public relations, and diagnostic prescriptive reading at the College Park campus of the University of Maryland.

Ms. Williams' professional affiliations include service on the Board of Directors for The Family Services Agency, Inc.; the Alpha Kappa Alpha, Inc., Board of Directors for Theta Omega Omega Chapter Charities; the American Public Health Association; and the Planning Committee for the annual Montgomery County, Maryland, Women's Fair.
